Trip Summary:
The team will be organizing and hosting a volunteer retreat for more than eighty volunteers at our church partner in Brazil. The retreat will be a time to encourage the volunteers and help them focus on what is ahead. Pre-trip planning time will be spent learning about the culture and church in Brazil and customizing the weekend retreat. Once the team arrives in Brazil they will host the retreat by presenting talks, leading team-building games, and more.

Qualifications:
We need people who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships with people here and in Brazil, and planning and implementing events.
