Trip Summary:
The team will reach out to equip business and community leaders in the former Soviet Union, by bringing them economic and spiritual hope. You will share your business knowledge in a proven business symposium format. By utilizing your talents and experiences to encourage others while teaching them moral and ethical business principles, you will encourage them to develop their lives and countries. Discussions often move to personal issues once relationships are established, giving you the opportunity to share how God is involved in your work life. They will look to you as a mentor and friend. We identify leaders and then challenge and equip them professionally and spiritually to change their world. Life change is what we hope to accomplish by leading them into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Upon returning, you may have a chance to continue coaching, via email, those students you connect with on this journey.
Qualifications:
Applicants should love business and have a desire to share what they know about business. If you are a busy business executive this trip may be a time for you to discover your potential to use your expertise to impact other business leaders. You should be an excellent communicator in a formal setting. Team members will need to be flexible, good at building relationships, and spiritually mature.
