Capela and Londrina

Today was our first full day in Londrina. After getting some great sleep, we woke to a beautiful day and a gorgeous blue sky. Because it is late and I am very tired, here’s a list of just some of what we experienced today in Londrina and at Capela da Graca, our partner church here:

I have lots of thoughts swirling around in my head after today’s activities, but I will save those for another post after a night full of sleep. We have already started hearing people’s stories as we get to know our new friends. With some, we are reminded that there are so many things broken in this world, but God’s grace and sovereignty are more powerful than what is broken. Thanks for continuing to pray for us. Please pray for energy, openness and transparency, and wisdom to know how we can best serve Capela this week. We head into four evening events starting tomorrow, so we have a lot of work to do preparing for those, but we are very excited about all of it.
